Teens learn to recognize, name, and understand their emotions — the first step toward healing and maturity. In this program, this happens through music therapy, creative journaling, and guided discussions that help teens connect feelings to faith. It supports our goal of helping youth unmute their emotions and release them to God.

Confidence grows when teens see their worth through God’s eyes. Our sessions — especially those involving spoken word, group sharing, and identity-based styling — teach them to stand boldly in who they are. This courage becomes the foundation for leadership and self-expression.
