Program Purpose
The Job Readiness & Career Development Program equips teens, young adults, and community members with the skills, confidence, and professional tools needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Through hands‑on training, personalized coaching, and supportive mentorship, participants learn how to present themselves professionally, communicate effectively, and navigate real‑world workplace expectations.
Our goal is simple: remove barriers, build confidence, and open doors to meaningful employment opportunities for every individual we serve.
